How do I reach the retreat location?

The closest airports to the location are Florence and Pisa. From there, you can rent a car, giving you the freedom to explore other places after the retreat. Alternatively, you can reach the hotel with a private transfer. Contact us if you’d like our help arranging this, we’d be happy to assist you!

From Italy, you can take a train to Florence Santa Maria Novella station. From there, you can rent a car or arrange a private transfer.
Alternatively, you can take a regional train from Santa Maria Novella directly to Montecatini.

What kind of rooms are available at the hotel?

There are both single and double rooms available for booking. Please let us know if you plan to be traveling alone or with a special guest and if you would like to share a room or not.
What if I do not want to participate in one of the group experiences?
This retreat is designed to benefit you. Although we have cultivated activities that promote health, wellness, and mindfulness, we understand if there are moments when you would like to take time for yourself. Join in on the activities that feel right for you!
Will there be any personal time during the days?
We have created a SCHEDULE that allotts time for yourself. Use this to rest, reset, or even explore the area!
